The Growth page is where Doris runs outbound for you. Instead of generic prospecting, Doris targets the buyers who look like the ones you actually win — drawn from your closed deals — and runs the campaigns as a series of experiments that get sharper over time. Every campaign queues for your approval before a single email goes out. Find it under the Growth section in the sidebar (/growth), with three views: Campaigns, ICP Profiles, and Hypotheses.

How Growth works

Doris learns who your best buyers are from your won deals — the pain points, value drivers, objections, and personas that define each segment — so there are no manual persona docs to write. From those profiles it builds outbound campaigns, tests one idea at a time, keeps what works, and discards what doesn’t. The whole loop runs daily; your only job is to approve, edit, or reject what Doris proposes.

Campaigns

The Campaigns view (/growth/campaigns) organizes everything into three tabs:
  • Pending — campaigns Doris has built and is waiting on you to review
  • Active — campaigns that are approved and sending
  • Completed — finished campaigns, with their experiment outcome
A summary of metrics and an outbound funnel sit at the top so you can see contacted, replied, and positive-reply counts across all campaigns at a glance.

The approval flow

Every campaign arrives as a proposal, not a fait accompli. For each pending campaign Doris shows you:
  • The hypothesis — what this campaign is testing and why, in the agent’s own words
  • The email sequence — every step, with subject lines, copy, and send delays
  • The lead sample — how many prospects are in the tranche
  • The reasoning — the agent’s rationale for the experiment
From there you can approve (sending begins shortly), or reject with optional feedback explaining why. Nothing sends until you say so.

Campaign detail

Click into any campaign to see its full email sequence, the leads it targets and their status (pending, contacted, replied, positive, negative, bounced), live campaign metrics, and the experiment behind it — including the agent’s reasoning and, once the tranche completes, the outcome.

ICP Profiles

ICP Profiles are the auto-generated buyer segments that power your outbound. Doris discovers them from your won deals — clustering them into archetypes and building a profile for each, with firmographics, personas, and the signals that characterize the segment. These are the same profiles described in detail under Ideal Customer Profiles; on the Growth page they double as the source list every campaign draws from. Because the profiles come from real closed-deal evidence rather than guesses, the prospects Doris targets reflect who you actually win with — and they refresh automatically as your pipeline evolves.

Hypotheses

The Hypotheses view (/growth/hypotheses) is the experiment log — a timeline of every test Doris has run. The research loop proposes one experiment per ICP, changing a single variable at a time (subject line, hook, value prop, CTA, timing, or persona) so you can see exactly what moved the needle. Each entry shows the hypothesis, the variable under test, the agent’s reasoning, and the outcome once the tranche completes:
  • Winner — the experiment beat its baseline, and its winning variant is promoted into the ICP’s messaging so future campaigns inherit it
  • Loser — the experiment underperformed and is discarded
  • Inconclusive — not enough signal to call it either way
Expand any entry to compare the baseline and experiment variants side by side, along with the results. Filter the log by ICP, outcome, or variable to find the lessons that matter. This is how the system compounds: each test feeds the next, and proven messaging ratchets forward.

Connecting a lead provider

Connect your outbound sending tool from Console › Sources so campaigns and replies flow through the ontology. Once connected, Doris handles the housekeeping that keeps outbound clean and compliant:
  • Deduplication — prospects already contacted, already in your CRM, or on your blocklist are filtered out before a campaign goes live
  • Unsubscribe & blocklist sync — when someone unsubscribes, Doris records it on a permanent blocklist so they’re never contacted again
  • GDPR auto-purge — data for non-responders is automatically deleted after the retention period, and you can erase all outbound data for a specific email on request
Replies flow back in automatically: Doris classifies sentiment, updates lead status, and feeds the results into the experiment loop.
Doris does the machine work — the research, the targeting, the experiment design — but it never sends on its own. Every campaign queues for your approval, and you can edit or reject any of it before it goes out. Machines do the research; you decide what goes out.
