Your settings

Open Settings from the sidebar. The settings menu has two groups:

• You holds your own settings. Everyone sees it.
• Workspace holds settings for the whole workspace. You see only the items your role allows.

When something needs you, Settings opens on Connections.

Account

Account shows your name and how you sign in.

• Name: change your First name and Last name.
• Identity: shows your Primary email and Sign-in method. Your identity provider manages these. You cannot change your email here.

Connections

Connections lists the accounts that Doris uses for you. You can connect these accounts yourself:

• Google Calendar. See Google Calendar.
• Microsoft 365 calendar. See Microsoft 365 / Outlook.
• Zoom, so Doris can capture your Zoom meetings.

The page can also show accounts that flows act through, and the Doris in Microsoft Teams card. See Doris in Microsoft Teams. If a row says “Having trouble — ask an administrator”, the workspace connection has a problem. Only an admin can fix it.

Preferences has three sections.

Appearance

Choose the Theme: Dark or Light. The theme applies to this device only.

Locale

Choose your Timezone. Doris uses it for meeting and activity times.

Choose which Doris updates arrive by email:
