These settings are available to all users from Settings in the sidebar.

Calendar

Connect your calendar so Doris can detect upcoming meetings and prepare relevant context.
  • Google Calendar — Click Authorize to sign in and sync your calendar events
  • Outlook Calendar — Click Authorize to sign in and sync your Microsoft calendar
Doris only reads your calendar — it never creates, modifies, or deletes events.

Timezone

Set your timezone so that meeting times and activity timestamps display correctly across the platform.

Email

  • Outlook Email — Connect to track email conversations with prospects. Email threads are linked to deals and contacts in the Context Hub.

Personal Integrations

These integrations are connected per-user, separate from the organization-wide admin integrations.
  • Zoom — Allow Doris to join your Zoom meetings for automatic recording and transcription
  • Gamma — Connect to create presentations from your conversation data

Appearance

Toggle between light mode and dark mode to match your preference. The setting applies across the entire Doris interface.

Account Management

  • Purge data — Remove all your personal data from Doris
  • Deactivate account — Permanently remove your access to the organization
Account deactivation is permanent and removes your access to the organization. Your data (meetings, conversation evidence) remains available to other team members.
