Coaching Assessment

If you have Playbooks set up, each meeting is scored against the relevant playbook. The assessment shows:
  • What was covered well
  • What was missed
  • Specific suggestions for the next call
  • How the conversation scored against your defined sales process
See Sales Coaching for more details on how coaching assessments work.
Use transcript search to find exactly where a topic came up — like every time pricing was discussed or a specific competitor was mentioned. The search works within individual transcripts and across your full conversation history.
