Your calendar tells Doris about your upcoming meetings so it can prepare context and automatically join calls. Each user connects their own calendar from Settings.Google Calendar
Go to Settings
Navigate to Settings in the Doris sidebar.
Connect Google Calendar
Click Google Calendar > Authorize and sign in with your Google account.
Grant permissions
Allow Doris read access to your calendar events. Doris syncs your upcoming meetings and uses them for meeting prep and context.
Outlook Calendar
Go to Settings
Navigate to Settings in the Doris sidebar.
Connect Outlook
Click Outlook > Authorize and sign in with your Microsoft account.
Grant permissions
Allow Doris read access to your calendar. You’ll get the same calendar sync and meeting prep features as Google Calendar.
Doris only reads your calendar — it never creates, modifies, or deletes events.
Your CRM connection keeps companies, contacts, and deals in sync between Doris and your CRM — changes flow both ways automatically. CRM integrations are configured by an admin from Settings > Admin and apply to the entire organization.Only one CRM can be connected at a time. CRM data is shared across the whole team — individual members don’t need to connect separately.
HubSpot
Go to Admin Settings
Navigate to Settings > Admin in the Doris sidebar (admin only).
Connect HubSpot
Click HubSpot > Connect. You’ll be redirected to HubSpot to sign in and grant access.
Wait for initial sync
Doris will sync your companies, contacts, and deals. This runs automatically — changes in either Doris or HubSpot stay in sync.

You can connect both Linear and Jira at the same time if your team uses both tools.
Video conferencing connections enable automatic meeting recording and transcription. Each user connects their own account from Settings.Zoom
Go to Settings
Navigate to Settings in the Doris sidebar.
Connect Zoom
Click Zoom > Connect and authorize your Zoom account. This links your Zoom account so Doris can record and transcribe meetings.

Google Meet meetings are automatically detected from your Google Calendar events — no separate connection needed. Just make sure your Google Calendar is connected.Meeting recordings are processed automatically. You’ll see transcripts in the Conversations tab within minutes of a meeting ending.
You don’t have to connect everything at once. Start with your calendar and CRM — you can always add more integrations later.
