Outlook integration has two parts: calendar (per-user) and email (organization-wide + per-user).Calendar Setup
Email Setup
Email integration requires an admin to authorize organization-wide access first, then each user connects individually.Admin: Enable Outlook Email
Go to Settings > Admin > Email Integration and click Authorize Outlook Email. This grants Doris organization-wide access to email via Microsoft admin consent.
What It Does
Calendar Sync
Once connected, Outlook Calendar enables:- Meeting detection — Doris knows when you have calls and can prepare relevant deal context
- Automatic scheduling context — Meeting participants are matched to contacts and companies in your pipeline
Email Integration
Outlook email tracking gives you the full communication picture:- Deal activity feeds — Emails with prospects appear alongside meetings in your deal pages, so you see every touchpoint in one timeline
- Company & contact feeds — Email threads are linked to the relevant company and contact profiles in the Context Hub
- AI Chat context — Doris references email conversations when answering questions about deals and contacts in AI Chat
- Automatic contact matching — Incoming and outgoing emails are matched to your contacts and deals based on email addresses and company domains
Tips & Troubleshooting
Outlook integration requires a Microsoft 365 business or enterprise account. Personal Outlook.com accounts may have limited functionality.
