Connect Microsoft Outlook to sync your calendar and enable email tracking for a complete picture of your prospect communications.

Setup

Navigate to Settings

Go to Settings in the Doris sidebar. Each user connects their own Outlook account.

Connect Outlook

Click Outlook > Authorize and sign in with your Microsoft account.

Grant permissions

Allow Doris access to your Outlook calendar and email. This enables calendar sync and email conversation tracking.

What It Does

Calendar Sync

Once connected, Outlook Calendar enables:
  • Meeting detection — Doris knows when you have calls and can prepare relevant deal context
  • Automatic scheduling context — Meeting participants are matched to contacts and companies in your pipeline

Email Integration

Outlook email sync enables the outbox feature:
  • Track email conversations with prospects
  • See email threads linked to deals and contacts in the Context Hub
  • Doris can reference email context when answering questions in AI Chat

Tips & Troubleshooting

Doris only reads your calendar — it never creates, modifies, or deletes events.
Outlook integration requires a Microsoft 365 business or enterprise account. Personal Outlook.com accounts may have limited functionality.
If you use both Outlook Calendar and Google Calendar, connect the one you use for scheduling sales meetings.
