When to use Enablement
- You want to see which qualification frameworks are active
- MEDDPICC or SPICED does not match how your team qualifies deals
- You want a call-type-specific meeting assessment, such as Discovery or Demo
- You want to adopt a framework from Catalog
- You want Doris to build a framework from an uploaded methodology document
How to use Enablement
1
Review current frameworks
Open Enablement from the sidebar. The list shows system frameworks and any custom frameworks your workspace has created.
2
Add a framework
Click Add framework. Admins can start blank, build from an uploaded document, or adopt a curated framework from Catalog.
3
Choose the framework scope
Use Deal scope when scores should accumulate across all meetings linked to a deal. Use Meeting scope when each call should be assessed independently.
4
Define dimensions and rubrics
Add dimensions, acronyms, descriptions, and scoring rubrics. Doris uses these descriptions and rubrics to decide what evidence to look for in conversations.
5
Activate and maintain
Activate the framework when it is ready. Edit rubrics as your methodology evolves, and re-assess open deals when a major framework change should be reflected immediately.

- Acronyms — Short labels shown on cards
