Doris Chat knows every deal, every conversation, and every piece of evidence across your pipeline. Ask questions in natural language and get answers grounded in what’s actually been said.

What you can ask

Deal Intelligence

“What did Acme say about budget in our last call?”“Give me a brief on the Globex deal.”“What’s the current status of the Initech opportunity?”

Meeting Prep

“What should I know before my call with Sarah tomorrow?”“What objections has this prospect raised?”“Summarize my last 3 meetings with Acme.”

Pipeline Analysis

“Which deals are at risk this quarter?”“Show me deals that haven’t had activity in 2 weeks.”“What’s my pipeline looking like for Q2?”

Content Creation

“Create a presentation for the Acme deal.”“Draft a follow-up email to John.”“Write a proposal summary for the Globex opportunity.”

Context mentions

Type @ in the chat to reference specific items and give Doris focused context:
  • @Company — Reference a specific company (e.g., @Acme Corp)
  • @Contact — Reference a specific person (e.g., @Sarah Chen)
  • @Deal — Reference a specific deal (e.g., @Acme Enterprise Deal)
  • @Meeting — Reference a specific conversation
The more specific your @ mention, the more targeted Doris’s response will be. Instead of asking “How is Acme doing?”, try “@Acme Corp what are the main risks in their current deal?”

Skills

Skills are reusable prompts you can save for queries you run often. Instead of typing out the same detailed prompt each time, save it as a Skill and run it with one click. Common Skills include:
  • Deal Brief — Create a comprehensive overview of a deal’s status, stakeholders, and next steps
  • Meeting Prep — Pull together everything you need to know before a call
  • Pipeline Review — Summarize your pipeline health and flag at-risk deals
You can create your own custom Skills from the Skills page in the sidebar. Think of them as saved prompts that you and your team can reuse.
