CRM Hygiene keeps your deal fields honest. Doris compares each tracked field to what actually happened — in meetings, emails, and commitments — and flags anything that has drifted from reality or is missing entirely. Every proposed fix is backed by a specific quote from the evidence, so you can apply it with confidence in one click.

Opening the hygiene grid

1

Go to Deals

Open the Deals page.
2

Click Hygiene

Click Hygiene in the toolbar. Doris carries over whatever filters you have applied, so you can audit a focused slice of your pipeline.
The grid lists your deals down the side and your tracked CRM fields across the top. Salespeople see their own deals; admins see the whole team’s.
If you see “CRM hygiene isn’t set up yet”, your CRM fields haven’t been mapped for auditing yet. Click Request setup, or reach out to your admin or the Doris team, to get started.

Running a sweep

Click Run sweep. Doris audits each deal’s fields against the evidence and fills in a verdict for every cell. Large pipelines are swept in batches — if you see “Swept 40 of 120 … run again to continue”, click Run sweep again to keep going.

Reading the verdicts

IconVerdictWhat it means
ConfirmedThe current CRM value matches the evidence.
🟠DriftThe current value contradicts the evidence. Doris proposes a corrected value.
🔵GapThe field is empty, but the evidence supplies a value. Doris proposes a fill.
UnverifiableNot enough evidence either way. Doris leaves the field untouched.

Every fix is cited

Doris only proposes a value for a drift or gap when it can point to specific evidence — a meeting, an email, a commitment, or a knowledge-graph node — with a short supporting quote. No citation means no proposal: Doris marks the field unverifiable rather than guessing. It never invents a value.

Reviewing and applying changes

1

Open the review sheet

Click Review changes (the count shows how many drift/gap proposals are waiting).
2

Apply or skip

For each proposal, read the cited evidence, then Apply to write the value back to your CRM, or Skip to dismiss it.

On your dashboard

Add the Data Hygiene widget to a dashboard for an at-a-glance view of how clean your pipeline data is over time.
CRM Hygiene replaces the older CRM Pulse flow. Instead of a stream of update suggestions in a separate inbox, you now get a field-by-field grid you can sweep and review on demand.
