Admin sections

Workspace

Manage internal company domains. Doris uses these domains to tell internal meetings from external customer meetings.

Data Sources

Manage CRM setup from Sources, connect Microsoft 365, and choose tracked inbox and calendar users.

Notetaker

Set the native Doris Notetaker auto-join policy and optionally connect Gong.

Event log

Inspect ontology and source-processing events when records or automations need debugging.

Roundtable branding

Configure the buyer-facing brand assets used by Roundtable workspaces.

Team & Billing

Invite teammates, manage roles, review seats, and open billing controls.

How to configure workspace basics

1

Open the admin section

Go to Settings, then use the Admin group in the settings sidebar. You only see this group if your Doris role has admin access.
2

Confirm company domains

Open Workspace and add the email domains your company uses. Doris treats participants from these domains as internal, which affects meeting classification and notetaker behavior.
3

Connect source systems

Open Data Sources. CRM setup is managed from Sources, while Microsoft 365 admin consent and tracked Outlook users are managed here.
4

Set meeting capture

Open Notetaker. Doris Notetaker is the default capture path; choose the auto-join policy that matches your rollout.
5

Invite the team

Open Team & Billing to invite users, assign roles, and confirm seat capacity.

Data Sources

Use Settings > Admin > Data Sources for admin-managed source configuration:
  • CRM Integrations - opens Sources, where admins connect Salesforce or HubSpot, choose tracked reps, and import CRM records.
  • Global Microsoft 365 Integration - connects Microsoft 365 with admin consent for Outlook calendar and inbox tracking.
  • Track inboxes & calendars - selects which Doris users’ Outlook calendars and inboxes Doris should subscribe to through the Microsoft 365 admin connection.
Google Calendar supports personal connections today. Managed Google Workspace calendar setup is coming soon.

Notetaker

Doris Notetaker is available by default. In Settings > Admin > Notetaker, choose how it should join meetings:
  • All Meetings - Doris joins every meeting on connected calendars.
  • External Only - Doris joins meetings with external attendees.
  • Manual - Team members request the notetaker for specific meetings.
If your team already records calls in Gong, connect Gong from this section or from Sources > Meeting Intelligence. When Gong is enabled, Doris disables native notetaker auto-join and processes Gong transcripts instead.
Most sales teams start with Microsoft 365 admin calendar tracking, Doris Notetaker set to External Only, and Gong connected only if Gong is already the team’s recording system.
