Admin settings are available to admin users from Settings > Admin in the sidebar. These control organization-wide configuration that applies to all team members.

CRM Integrations

Connect your organization’s CRM to sync companies, contacts, and deals across your team. Only one CRM can be active at a time.

SalesforceAccounts, Contacts, and Opportunities sync automatically. Team members are matched to their Salesforce users.
Zendesk SellCompanies, contacts, and deals sync automatically from Zendesk Sell.
GoHighLevelCompanies, contacts, and deals sync automatically from GoHighLevel.
CRM connections are mutually exclusive — only one can be active at a time. Disconnecting a CRM does not delete synced data.

CRM Import

Use the import wizard to bulk-import companies, contacts, and deals from HubSpot or via CSV upload.

Call Types

Define the types of calls your team has (e.g., Discovery, Demo, Negotiation). Each call type can be linked to one or more qualification frameworks so Doris applies the right scoring criteria.
  • Add call types with a name and optional description
  • Link frameworks to each call type for targeted deal qualification
  • Deactivate call types that are no longer relevant

Email Integration

Connect Outlook Email at the organization level so your team can track email conversations alongside meetings.
  • Authorize Outlook Email — Click to grant Doris organization-wide access via Microsoft admin consent
  • Toggle on/off — Enable or disable email tracking for the organization at any time
Once enabled, each team member connects their individual Outlook account from Settings > Email to start tracking their email conversations. See the full Outlook integration guide for details.

Company Domains

Manage the email domains associated with your organization. Domains control how contacts and meetings are matched to your company.
  • Add domains — Add additional email domains your organization uses
  • Remove domains — Remove domains that are no longer relevant
  • Primary domain — The domain from your admin email is set as the primary domain and cannot be removed
Domains are auto-populated from the admin’s email address when first setting up. You can add more domains at any time.

Third-Party Notetaker

Gong

Connect Gong so your existing call recordings appear in Doris alongside Doris-recorded meetings.
  • Enter your Gong connection details to link the two platforms
  • Toggle the integration on or off at any time without losing your connection
  • Once enabled, Gong transcripts appear in Conversations just like Doris-recorded meetings
