The Manager Dashboard gives sales managers and leaders visibility into team-wide performance metrics — qualification trends, stage velocity, and coaching patterns — all in one place inside the Library.

Accessing the Dashboard

The dashboard is available in the Library under the manager section. It’s only visible to users with a manager or leader role.
  • Managers see metrics for their direct reports
  • Leaders see metrics across the entire organization

Dashboard Metrics

Qualification Trends

Track how your team’s average qualification scores (MEDDPICC and SPICED) change over time. Spot whether coaching interventions are moving the needle.

Stage Velocity

A heatmap showing how long deals spend in each pipeline stage. Identify bottlenecks where deals are getting stuck.

Dimension Gaps

See which qualification dimensions your team struggles with most. If everyone scores low on Economic Buyer, that’s a coaching opportunity.

Qualification by Call

Track how qualification improves call-over-call. See whether reps are making meaningful progress with each conversation or spinning their wheels.

How Metrics Are Calculated

Doris snapshots team metrics weekly, so you can see trends over time rather than just a point-in-time view. Historical data is backfilled automatically when the dashboard is first enabled for your team. Metrics are computed from:
  • Qualification scores from every deal review and conversation analysis
  • Stage transitions from your connected CRM
  • Commitment tracking including rescheduling patterns and completion rates
  • Call activity linked to deals in your pipeline

Commitment Insights

The dashboard includes commitment health metrics for your team:
  • Completion rates — What percentage of commitments are being fulfilled on time
  • Rescheduling trends — How often commitments are being pushed back, and by whom
  • At-risk commitments — Commitments that have been rescheduled multiple times, flagged for attention
Managers also receive at-risk commitments in their daily email digest.
Use the dimension gaps chart to identify team-wide coaching opportunities. If multiple reps score low on the same dimension, consider running a targeted training session rather than addressing it one-on-one.
