Products is your catalog of what your company actually sells. Doris uses it as the ground truth for what your offering is — its value proposition, features, who it’s for, and how it’s priced — so deal intelligence, ICP, and conversation analysis are anchored to your real product, not a generic guess. Instead of maintaining product details by hand, you connect a few sources once and Doris discovers, enriches, and keeps the catalog current.

Accessing Products

Open Products under Console › Sources › Products (at /console/sources/products). You’ll see your product catalog: a list of every product, a search box to filter it, and the Product Engine hub in the center showing how many products you’ve set up. Open any product to view its full detail at /console/sources/products/:productId.

What a Product Holds

Each product brings together everything Doris knows about that part of your offering:
  • Description and value proposition — A short summary of the product and the core value it delivers.
  • Features — What the product does, captured with the pain it addresses, the impact it has, the solution it provides, and the consequence of not having it.
  • Personas — The target buyers and users the product is built for, each with a short description.
  • Pricing tiers — How the product is sold, including per-seat, consumption, outcome, and hybrid models, with base prices, billing periods, units, and seat bands.
  • Connected sources — The places each product’s data is pulled from, with sync status and last-synced time.

How Products Get Populated

You can build your catalog automatically from your existing sources, or edit it by hand.

The Product Setup Wizard

The wizard walks you through four steps:
  1. Connect — Point Doris at your website, your help docs, and your connected CRM. Doris reads what’s published to discover your products.
  2. Organize — Group what it found into clean products, folding CRM line items in as pricing tiers and merging anything that already existed.
  3. Documents — Optionally attach product documents for richer enrichment.
  4. Enrich — Doris extracts features, personas, and value propositions from your website and docs.

Sources

Products are populated from connected sources, each kept fresh with a Sync now action:
  • Website — Doris reads your public site to discover products and enrich them.
  • Help docs — Documentation (for example, a Mintlify site) feeds feature and persona extraction.
  • CRM — Products already in your connected CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, and others) import directly, with their line items grouped as pricing tiers.
  • Stripe — Coming soon for billing and pricing data.
Doris only ingests from your published surfaces — your live website, your docs, and your CRM. It reads what your buyers can already see, never source repositories or anything private.

Editing by hand

Every field is editable. You can rename a product, refine its description and value proposition, adjust features and personas, and set pricing tiers directly — useful for anything the automatic discovery didn’t capture exactly right.

Where Products Show Up

Once your catalog exists, Doris threads it through the rest of the platform:
  • Deals — Doris links the products discussed and sold on each deal, so you can see which parts of your offering are in play across the pipeline. A product’s Activity tab lists the deals it’s attached to.
  • Meetings — Products mentioned in a conversation are linked back to the catalog, so each product’s Activity tab shows the recent meetings where it came up.
  • ICP — A grounded view of your features, personas, and value propositions sharpens your Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Competitors and conversation analysis — Knowing your real offering helps Doris reason about competitive positioning and what was actually discussed on a call.
Run the setup wizard once when you onboard, then let the sync keep your catalog current. The more accurate your Products catalog, the sharper Doris’s deal intelligence and ICP become.
