Google Calendar currently supports personal calendar connections in Doris. Each user connects their own calendar so Doris can see upcoming meetings and match them to CRM context.
Managed Google Workspace calendar setup is coming soon. Today, Doris does not support an admin-consented Google Calendar connection for the whole team.

Google Calendar Setup

1

Open Calendar

Go to Sources > Calendar or Settings > Calendar. Each user connects their own Google Calendar.
2

Connect Google Calendar

Choose Google Calendar and sign in with the Google account used for sales meetings.
3

Grant permissions

Allow Doris read access to your calendar events. Doris syncs your upcoming meetings for meeting prep and context.

What It Does

Calendar Sync

Once connected, Google Calendar enables:
  • Meeting detection — Doris knows when you have calls and can prepare relevant deal context
  • Automatic scheduling context — Meeting participants are matched to contacts and companies in your pipeline
  • Notetaker scheduling context — If Doris Notetaker is active, connected calendar events provide the meeting schedule Doris uses for join decisions

Meeting Capture

Meeting capture is handled by Doris Notetaker or Gong. Google Calendar only supplies schedule and participant context.

Tips & Troubleshooting

Doris only reads your calendar — it never creates, modifies, or deletes events.
Make sure the Google account you connect is the one with your work calendar. If you use multiple Google accounts, select the correct one during authorization.
For an admin-managed calendar setup today, use Microsoft 365 / Outlook. Managed Google Workspace calendar setup is coming soon.
