Connect your HubSpot CRM to keep companies, contacts, and deals in sync with Doris. Changes flow both ways — updates in Doris appear in HubSpot, and updates in HubSpot appear in Doris.
HubSpot is an organization-wide integration configured by an admin from Settings > Admin. CRM data is shared across your entire team.

Setup

Navigate to Admin Settings

Go to Settings > Admin in the Doris sidebar (admin only).

Connect HubSpot

Click HubSpot > Connect. You’ll be redirected to HubSpot to sign in and authorize access.

Grant permissions

Authorize Doris to access your HubSpot account. Doris needs read/write access to companies, contacts, and deals.

Wait for initial sync

Doris will begin syncing your CRM data. Initial sync may take a few minutes depending on the size of your HubSpot database.

Sync happens automatically — changes are reflected in near real-time, no manual action needed.

What It Does

Once connected, HubSpot data powers several Doris features:
  • Deals — Your HubSpot deals appear in the Doris pipeline with AI qualification scores
  • Context Hub — Company and contact profiles are enriched with CRM data
  • AI Chat — Ask questions about any company, contact, or deal from HubSpot
  • Deal Qualification — Deals are automatically scored based on conversation evidence

Tips & Troubleshooting

You don’t need to create deals manually in Doris if HubSpot is connected — they sync automatically.
If you notice sync delays, an admin can re-authorize the connection from Settings > Admin to refresh it.
Disconnecting HubSpot will stop syncing new data but won’t delete existing data from Doris.
