Connect your Zoom account so Doris can automatically record and transcribe your sales meetings.

Setup

Navigate to Settings

Go to Settings in the Doris sidebar. Each user connects their own Zoom account.

Connect Zoom

Click Zoom > Connect and authorize your Zoom account.

Grant permissions

Allow Doris to access your Zoom meetings for recording and transcription.

What It Does

Once connected, Zoom integration enables:
  • Automatic recording — Doris captures your Zoom meetings without manual intervention
  • Full transcription — Speaker-identified transcripts appear in Conversations within minutes of a meeting ending
  • Deal evidence — Every transcript surfaces pain points, objections, action items, and qualification evidence
  • Deal linking — Transcripts are automatically linked to the relevant deal based on meeting participants

Requirements

Zoom Pro or higher is recommended for the best recording experience. Free Zoom accounts may have limitations on meeting length and recording capabilities.

Tips & Troubleshooting

If you use both Zoom and Google Meet, connect both — Doris will capture meetings from either platform automatically.
Transcripts typically appear in the Conversations tab within a few minutes of the meeting ending.
Make sure recording is enabled in your Zoom account settings. Doris cannot record meetings if your Zoom admin has disabled cloud recording.
