The Offers feature lets you generate commercial offers from your deal context and knowledge base, then customize pricing and terms before sharing with prospects.

Generating an Offer

Click Generate Offer to create a new offer. Doris can pull from multiple sources:
  • Deal context — Select a deal and Doris uses conversations, qualification data, and company context to tailor the offer
  • Knowledge base — Attach KB documents like pricing guides or product specs
  • Custom input — Paste additional context or requirements
Doris generates the offer step-by-step, showing progress as it builds out each section.

Editing an Offer

The offer editor uses a two-column layout:
  • Left — Offer details like title, description, and terms
  • Right — Pricing tiers with configurable features and terms

Pricing Tiers

Add multiple pricing tiers to give prospects options:
  • Tier name and price — Set a name, price, and billing period for each tier
  • Per-seat pricing — Add seat bands with volume-based pricing (e.g., 1–10 seats, 11–50 seats)
  • Features — List what’s included in each tier

Tracking Offers

The Offers view lets you:
  • See all offers across your pipeline
  • Filter by status, deal, or date
  • Link offers to specific deals for context
  • Track whether an offer is pending, accepted, or declined
Offers are separate from Presentations. Use Offers for pricing and proposal tracking, and Presentations for slide decks and visual content.
