Connect Jira Cloud to search, create, and update issues without leaving Doris. Ask Doris to check your board, file a ticket, or comment on an issue — she handles the Jira API so you can stay focused on selling.
Jira is a per-user integration. Each team member connects their own Jira account from Settings.

Setup

1

Go to Settings

Navigate to Settings in the Doris sidebar.
2

Connect Jira

Click Jira > Connect. You’ll be redirected to Atlassian to sign in and authorize access.
3

Authorize Doris to read and write Jira issues on your behalf. Doris connects to the first Jira Cloud site on your Atlassian account.
4

Start using it

Once connected, ask Doris anything about your Jira projects — she’ll search, create, and update issues for you.

What You Can Do

Once connected, you can manage Jira directly from AI Chat:
ActionExample
Search issues”Show me open Jira issues assigned to me”

Get issue details”Show me details for PROJ-123”
Create issues”Create a Jira task in PROJ to update the pricing page”
Update issues”Update PROJ-123 summary to ‘New landing page design‘“
Add comments”Add a comment to PROJ-123 saying the fix has been deployed”
List projects”Show me my Jira projects”

Tips & Troubleshooting

You can use natural language — Doris translates your request into the right Jira action automatically. For advanced queries, you can also pass JQL directly.
Jira actions use your personal token, so you’ll only see projects and issues your Jira account has access to.
Doris connects to Jira Cloud only. On-premise Jira Server and Jira Data Center are not supported.
Disconnecting Jira will stop Doris from accessing your Jira data. You can reconnect at any time from Settings.
