Event id: schedule.weekly The same as a Daily schedule, with days of the week added. Use it for anything that belongs to a weekly rhythm rather than a daily one.

When it fires

On the days of the week you pick, at the hour you set, in each recipient’s own time zone. Pick more than one day if the flow should run twice a week.

What the flow receives

  • Recipient — The person this run is for
  • Run date — The date the run is for
  • Time zone — The recipient’s time zone
Like the daily schedule, it carries no deal or meeting. The flow’s first step decides what to read.

Who it runs for

  • Personal — Runs for you
  • Company — Runs for every active member of your workspace, each over their own records

Good uses

  • A Monday pipeline brief covering what changed last week and what needs attention this week
  • A Friday leadership report on pipeline movement, qualification coverage, and rep execution
  • A weekly review pack for one-to-ones, built from the deals rather than typed up by hand
  • A weekly forecast hygiene pass across deals with a close date inside the quarter

Things to know

  • Time the run to the meeting it feeds. A report for a Monday pipeline call is worth more at 7am Monday than at 5pm Friday.
  • A weekly flow sees a week of change, so it can say what moved. Ask for the delta, not a restatement of current state, and the output stays worth reading.
  • Company-scoped weekly flows produce one output per person. For a single shared report, scope the flow to a leadership audience or have it write one document rather than notify everyone.
  • Changing the day or hour affects future runs only.
Weekly is the right cadence for anything a manager reads. Daily is the right cadence for anything a rep acts on.
