When to use Sources
- You are setting up Doris for the first time
- CRM, calendar, meeting capture, or email is not connected
- You need to import or refresh CRM records
- You need to check source health or data-quality issues
- You want to add products or knowledge-base documents
How to use Sources
1
Check the source cards
Open Sources from the sidebar. Each card shows whether that source is connected, healthy, missing setup, or needs attention.
2
Start with CRM
Connect Salesforce or HubSpot, choose tracked reps where needed, and import companies, people, and deals.
3
Connect calendar and meeting capture
Use Microsoft 365 / Outlook, Google Calendar, Doris Notetaker, or Gong depending on how your team schedules and records meetings.
4
Add communication context
Connect Microsoft 365 email if your team wants Doris to include deal email threads and Outlook calendar subscriptions for tracked users.
5
Add supporting knowledge
Use Products and Knowledge Base sources to give Doris product, pricing, enablement, and document context.
