People is the contact workspace in Doris. Use it to understand who a person is, which company and deals they relate to, and what activity Doris has observed around them.

When to use People

  • Find a buyer, champion, evaluator, or stakeholder
  • Check a person’s company, title, lifecycle stage, management level, or decision power
  • Review which deals a person is involved in
  • Read stakeholder insights and recent activity
  • Fix missing company or deal context through Data Quality

How to use the People list

Open People

Open People from the Records section of the sidebar.

Search or filter

Search by name or email. Filter by company, lifecycle stage, management level, or decision power.

Scan the row

Use title, company, stage, level, and decision power to identify the right person quickly.

Open the person

Open the person record to review their narrative, linked deals, stakeholder insights, and activity history.

How to use a person page

  • Narrative — Read Doris’ summary of the person and their role
  • Deals — Review opportunities where the person is involved
  • Insights — Review stakeholder signals, preferences, and observed context
  • Activity — Follow meetings, emails, commitments, and timeline events tied to the person

Where people data comes from

People usually sync from your connected CRM and are enriched by meeting and email activity. Connect Salesforce or HubSpot, then import records from the CRM source page.
People records are only as useful as their links. Use Data Quality to resolve missing companies, duplicate contacts, or unlinked meeting participants.
