When to use Data Quality
- Home shows open record-health issues
- A CRM source card shows data-quality warnings
- Meetings are not linked to the right deal or company
- Contacts are missing companies
- Deals are missing required ownership or CRM context
- You want to clean records before a forecast, dashboard review, or import audit
How to use Data Quality
1
Open the issues page
Open Data quality from the Records section of the sidebar.
2
Prioritize by severity
Start with high-severity issues. These are more likely to affect reporting, deal intelligence, or source health.
3
Filter the list
Narrow by status, severity, entity, or issue type when you want to focus on one kind of cleanup.
4
Open an issue
Review the proposed fix and the record it affects. Doris shows whether the action writes back to your CRM or only changes Doris-side links.
5
Apply, repair, or dismiss
Apply a confident fix, repair the issue manually when the right record needs to be chosen, or dismiss issues that are not worth changing.
Deal Hygiene
The Deals page also has a Hygiene action for field-by-field CRM review. Use it when you want Doris to compare tracked CRM fields against meeting, email, and commitment evidence, then propose cited CRM updates.Where issues appear
