Battlecards give your reps quick-reference competitive intelligence — strengths, weaknesses, objection responses, and positioning against specific competitors.
Creating Battlecards
Doris can create battlecards using two sources:
- Competitor research — Doris analyzes publicly available information about the competitor
- Your meeting transcripts — Insights extracted from calls where the competitor was mentioned by prospects
You can also create battlecards manually or edit Doris-created ones to add your team’s firsthand knowledge.
What’s in a Battlecard
Each battlecard includes:
- Competitor overview — What the competitor does and who they serve
- Key strengths — Where the competitor is genuinely strong
- Key weaknesses — Where they fall short compared to your solution
- Common objections — What prospects say when comparing you to this competitor
- Winning responses — How to address each objection effectively
- Positioning guidance — How to frame the conversation when this competitor comes up
Using Battlecards
Access battlecards in several ways:
- Browse them in the Context Hub from the sidebar
- Ask Doris in AI Chat: “What are our advantages over [Competitor]?”
- Competitor mentions are flagged in your conversation evidence after each meeting
Battlecards compound over time. The more conversations Doris captures, the richer your competitive evidence becomes.
