Security holds two workspace settings. Go to Settings > Workspace > Security. You see it only if your role allows it.
Company domains
Company Domains lists the email domains of your company. Doris treats attendees from these domains as internal.
This affects two things:
- Doris uses it to tell internal meetings from customer meetings.
- A meeting with only internal attendees does not trigger Doris Notetaker.
To add a domain, enter it (for example parentcompany.com) and select Add Domain.
You cannot remove the primary domain. Doris sets it when it creates the workspace. The workspace must keep at least one domain.
Add every domain your team sends email from, including parent and regional companies. A missing domain makes internal calls look like customer calls.
Notetaker name
Notetaker Name is the name Doris Notetaker uses when it joins a meeting. Everyone in the meeting sees it, including your customers.
The default is Doris AI Notetaker.
To change it, enter a name and select Save Name. To go back to the default, select Reset to default.
The name can use letters, numbers, spaces and these symbols only: - ' . _ @. Microsoft Teams blocks other characters, such as brackets. Doris refuses a name with those characters, so the notetaker can still join Teams meetings.
