# Dashboards

> Create personal or shared views of pipeline, qualification, activity, and commitment metrics.

Dashboards let you compose widgets into views you can reuse. Use them for pipeline reviews, manager check-ins, rep coaching, or any recurring question that needs more than a single chart.

## When to use Dashboards

* Build a personal view of the metrics you check often
* Share a standard dashboard with your team
* Track qualification, stage velocity, commitment health, or activity trends
* Add charts you discovered in [Catalog](/tools/catalog)

## How to use Dashboards

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open or create a dashboard">
    Open **Dashboards** from the sidebar. Choose an existing personal or shared dashboard, or click **New dashboard** to create one.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose visibility">
    Personal dashboards are for you. Shared dashboards are visible to the team and can be managed by admins.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Edit the layout">
    Open a dashboard and click **Edit**. Add widgets, rearrange them, resize them, and configure filters such as pipeline or owner where supported.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save the view">
    Save your changes when the layout is right. Dashboard widgets refresh from Doris data, so the view stays useful without rebuilding it.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Common dashboard widgets

* **Qualification trends** — Track how framework scores move over time
* **Stage velocity** — See how long deals spend in each stage
* **Dimension gaps** — Identify qualification areas where the team needs coaching
* **Commitment health** — Monitor completion, rescheduling, and at-risk commitments
* **Activity coverage** — Understand meeting and email coverage across pipeline

<Tip>Use [Catalog](/tools/catalog) when you need a new widget idea. Use Dashboards when you want to arrange and monitor the widgets you already care about.</Tip>
